節(jié)能（第四代）制氮機（D型）

該機型的運行狀態(tài)為“全自動運行”（無需人為操作設(shè)備的啟停），空氣進口、氮氣出口設(shè)有過濾調(diào)壓部件，內(nèi)置冷凍干燥機及C、T、A三級過濾器、自動排水器。PC控制系統(tǒng)選用西門子。氮氣純度由99.9-99.999%氮氣分析儀在線檢測，氮氣純度不合格自動排空并報警，合格氮氣輸出后達到設(shè)定壓力自動停機。節(jié)省空壓機能耗達30%不等。制氮吸附塔交替運行，采用D型專用（專用閥門），帶有均壓功能，達到回收能耗，節(jié)能顯著。

Air inlet and nitrogen outlet are equipped with pressure regulating components. the built-in refrigeration dryer and C, T, A three-stage filter and automatic drainage device. Nitrogen purity is monitored by analyzer on-line, by 99.9-99.999% unit. Automatic emptying and alarm are set if the purity of nitrogen is unqualified, and the system will automatically stop when it reaches the set pressure after qualified nitrogen output, thus, saving power consumption of the air compressor by up to 30%. Nitrogen adsorption towers operating alternately, adopts Type D dedicated (special valve) and have pressure equalizing function to achieve the effect of recycling energy consumption and saving energy.
