該機(jī)型的運(yùn)行狀態(tài)為“半自動(dòng)運(yùn)行”（即需人為操作設(shè)備的啟停），空氣進(jìn)口、氮?dú)獬隹谠O(shè)有過濾調(diào)壓部件，氮?dú)饧兌扔?9.5-99.9%氮?dú)夥治鰞x在線檢測(cè)，制氮吸附塔交替運(yùn)行排空時(shí)，加裝有快速排空裝置，以達(dá)到制氮工藝快速脫附要求，延長(zhǎng)了工藝電磁閥的使用壽命。
